30–60 days before departure: 50% refund of the tour price.

Less than 30 days before departure: no refund, but credit toward a future departure within 12 months (subject to availability).

One free date change is permitted up to 45 days before departure, subject to availability and any fare differences.

If GREATSILKTRAILS cancels a departure, you receive a full refund or transfer to another date at no extra cost.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical evacuation, and trip interruption — especially for remote Silk Road segments.

Claims related to personal illness, visa denial after timely application, or failure to meet group departure points are not eligible for operator refunds beyond the schedule above.
