Day-by-day itinerary

1. 1
   Day 1. Dushanbe

   Arrival and gear check.

2. 2
   Day 2. Dushanbe — Iskanderkul

   Anzob pass, Iskanderkul lake and the Fann waterfall.

3. 3
   Day 3. Seven Lakes

   Drive to Shing and hike past the first lakes.

4. 4
   Day 4. Marguzor — Hazorchashma

   Trek to the highest of the seven lakes.

5. 5
   Day 5. Alaudin lakes

   Transfer and trek to the Alaudin lakes camp.

6. 6
   Day 6. Mutnye lakes

   Day hike under Chimtarga, return to camp.

7. 7
   Day 7. Return to Dushanbe

   Descent, drive back and farewell dinner.
